All About Me: My Mindfulness Journey & Love of Minimalism.

I am a math teacher, a wife, and a mother of three young boys. I am also passionate about sharing strategies and teaching others about how they can incorporate mindful minimalism into their lives to start living with intention.

As working mom, I know all all to well about the stressors that many of us face in our everyday lives. Being present with my family felt impossible. On the rare times where I was spending time with them, I would find myself internally stressing about all of the little things I needed to get done. I realized that if nothing changed, I would live my whole life never being fully present. Now I’ve shifted my mindset, created mental and physical space in my life through minimalism, and am finally able to live my life with intention. Let me help you find mindfulness amidst the mayhem in your life as well!

When I am not helping others, teaching, or with my family, I love to spend time outdoors. Whether it be hiking, birdwatching, camping, or simply sitting outside on my porch, I have found nature has profoundly calming effect on me and my mental health. Because of this, I love to find ways to bring the outdoors inside!
